Working with the division.
Do I have to use all four businesses?
No. Most practices start with one. You can hire The Medical Engineers, The Medical Staffers, The Marketing Surgeon or Medical AI Videos on its own, through its own site, and never speak to the division. The division exists for the practice that wants more than one of them, or that does not know which one it needs.
Who do I actually deal with?
One contact. You brief the division once, and the same person stays with you across every business that ends up on the work. When a job passes from one business to another, that handoff happens inside the division, and you are told rather than asked to manage it.
What happens after I write to you?
Within one working day you get a reply that says which business, or which combination, will carry the work, who your contact is, and what is needed from you to start. If a job belongs to a different business than the one you wrote to, it goes there, and you are told so.
Is The Medical Operations an agency or a marketplace?
Neither. It owns and runs the four businesses. The people on your work are the division's, appointed by it and working to a standard it sets, rather than freelancers found for the job after you sign.
Do you work with practices outside the United States?
The four businesses are built around United States practices, payers, referral patterns and advertising rules, so that is where they are useful. The division works from offices in Dubai and Pennsylvania.
Cost and agreements.
How does pricing work?
Each business publishes its own process and, where it publishes prices, its own rates. The Medical Staffers publishes every rate. The Medical Engineers starts with a fixed-cost discovery. The Marketing Surgeon can start with a single one-pager. Medical AI Videos starts with one free script. The division does not add a fee on top of any of them for placing the work.
Is there a minimum commitment?
You can start with the smallest piece of work each business offers: one staffed seat, one discovery, one one-pager, one script. Longer engagements are agreed with the business carrying the work, on its own terms, when you want them.
Who is the legal entity on the agreement?
Seen Group L.L.C-FZ, licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, trading as the business carrying the work. The Medical Operations is the division of Seen Group that runs the four businesses. The agreement, the invoice and the people are the same whichever door you came in through.
What stays with the practice.
Do you make clinical decisions?
No. Diagnosis, treatment, documentation of care and every clinical decision stay with the practice and its clinicians. Our staff support the clinician; they do not act for one. Our software moves administrative work between systems; it does not decide anything clinical.
Do you handle patient data?
Where a placed staff member or an integration works inside your EMR, it does so under your access controls and your policies, and the division does not take copies of patient data out of your systems. Marketing and video never involve patient information, and no patient appears in any video. Where work touches your systems, the agreements that work requires are put in place with the business carrying it before it starts.
Who approves what goes out in our name?
The practice, every time. A video script is approved by the clinician who performs the procedure. A referral one-pager is approved before it is printed. A website page is approved before it is published. Nothing that describes your care exists in public without your sign-off.
Who owns the work?
The practice. The videos, the documents, the design files, the website and its content, and the configuration of your own systems all belong to you. If you end an engagement, you keep all of it.
The four businesses.
What is the difference between The Medical Engineers and our EMR vendor?
Your EMR vendor configures its own product and stops at its edge. The Medical Engineers works across the whole practice: the EMR, the things around it, the automations between them, the website and the internal tools. It also builds what the other three businesses run on, so the systems and the people fit.
Are the placed staff really working in our systems?
Yes, inside your EMR and your scheduling, under your access controls, on your schedule. They are interviewed and chosen by you, and trained on your systems before the first shift. Every rate is published.
What does The Marketing Surgeon not do?
It does not guess and it does not promise numbers. It writes and designs the material a practice hands people, for the referring physician and the patient, and flags every claim that needs a source so your clinician or compliance officer can sign it off. If you need something it does not carry, it says so.
Are Medical AI Videos' films real footage?
No. They are generated rather than filmed. No patient appears in any of them, the presenter is generated, and the script is approved by your clinician before production. That is why a video takes days and why every word of it is yours.
